Pilots at Pegasus Airlines can use any of the following 2 methods to import flights :

  • PILOTLOG connects straight to the CraneWeb portal and imports your planned and historical roster
  • PILOTLOG imports your PGS EFB Flight Report emails automatically (see below)

How to import your EFB emails

You must proceed with these 5 steps :

1) Forward your company EFB Flight Report emails straight to the following EFB Inbox :

  • you will not get any confirmation email (unless you configure your email with a request for read-receipt)
  • you can send EFB emails in any order and from any mail account (including your private email address like Hotmail, Gmail, outlook, me, ...)
  • it may take up to 15 minutes before your EFB mail is processed
  • do not truncate (remove) the bottom of the email.  We need the footer in order to identify the sender.

You can configure your mailbox to automatically forward all company email reports to our EFB Inbox.  Follow these guidelines :

Do not use the EFB Inbox for any other purpose. The inbox is monitored against abuse and protected against malware.  You cannot use that email address to contact CrewLounge SUPPORT.

Login online to My CrewLounge - My Profile (login here) :

2) On the My Profile page, insert your "Employee ID" in the Roster Key field

You find the Employee ID inside your EFB file, at the bottom (see image)

e.g.  e3f6465e-c258-4e27-b2ae-c641-ef61750

3) On the same page, insert your "Roster Alias" in the Roster Name field

You find the roster alias inside your EFB file, at the bottom (see image)

Do the following actions in the PILOTLOG desktop or mobile application :

4) On the Settings - Airline Interface page, select the Pegasus EFB interface

5) On the Tables - Pilots page, edit Pilot SELF and insert your name, as printed in the EFB file, in the "Roster Name" field

Okay, you are now ready to go !  On the Airline page of the desktop or mobile app, hit the Start button

Additional Flight Data  (optional)

The EFB Flight Report does not say who was PF (Pilot Flying).  PILOTLOG enables you to manually add additional flight data when you forward the EFB email to our Inbox.

Pilot Flying

The EFB Flight Report does not include the Task PF (Pilot Flying) - PM (Pilot Monitoring).  By default, the flight is imported as PM.

Insert the Keyword  PF  on flight(s) where you acted as Pilot Flying.

Notes :

  • the best place to insert PF is just below CATIII Landing
  • you have to insert the code on all (each) flights for the day where you acted as PF
  • do not insert code PM, it is not recognized as a keyword
  • on the PILOTLOG desktop application Settings - Flight Logging page, select "Task :  from airline interface"

Line Training

The EFB Flight Report does not include information about line training.

Insert the following Keyword  LOG  on flight(s) with line training, followed by any of the following words : LTC / TRI / TRE / CHECK / PICUS

You can even combine more functions with a slash, like LOG:LTC/CHECK

PILOTLOG will then parse the LOG code as follows :

  • LTC and TRI populate the Instructor time field
  • CHECK and TRE will populate the Examiner time field
  • PICUS will populate the PICus time field

Notes :

  • the best place to insert PF is just below CATIII Landing
  • you have to insert the code on all (each) flights for the day with line training
  • do not use the keyword LOG for other functions, like PIC or SIC.  For that, use the default Autoload logic
